The Challenge

Merging together a host of different cultures, people and objectives is challenging enough.. couple to this the need for bringing together disparate technologies and a host of business applications and you’ve got an eye popping job on your hands.

Our role in all this was to provide a web-based communication platform to bring together Shropshire communities, kicking off with the Parish Councils.

The Critical Success Factors:

The platform required in order to make this happen had to be highly flexible, enable things to kick off simply whilst offering lots of potential to evolve as needs might dictate and all of this from a low-cost-base that would deliver a rapid ROI for both the project team and the council. What’s more the whole thing needed to be delivered to tight time-scales with no slippage on budget or operational goals.

The Solution:

Our Community Portal delivered on all fronts much to the satisfaction and no small amount of relief for the Project Manger Nigel Bishop.
