Our Ethics
We are a Co-operative. Which means we are a different kind of company; we are nice in a lot of different ways:
We build Relationships
We like to get to know our clients rather than selling them a product and leaving them to fend for themselves, it's not for everybody but you can be safe in the knowledge that if you need us then we will be ready and waiting to help you out. This also means we may act differently to what you are used to when we are delivering solutions to you. We stick to our guns, and rather than finger point when things aren't perfect we will try and reach a solution that gets everyone where they want to be for the price that we quoted at the begining.
We are Green
- We encourage non-polluting transport to work (even the directors cycle in when they can)
- We want to run a sustainable office. For example we only print when necessary (and when we do it’s only on recycled paper) and we buy the greenest products we can get our hands on for the office
- Printed materials are only produced with the help of FSC approved suppliers
- We love fair-trade goods (especially coffee which we drink a lot of)
- We are fanatical about recycling, turning off switches and reusing what we can
We like Charities
We have written a charity donation into the rules of our company. Every year we all vote on who we think should get a percentage of our profits, last year this meant we gave money to the Macmillan nurses. We also have special deals for charities, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations who use our products or services.
We are a Co-operative
We are a Co-operative. And for most people that brings an association with your local supermarket but actually it’s a way of being rather than a shop. We are a special type of Co-operative called a “worker co-operative”, this means that all the people that work for us own the business, make the decisions and generally run the company. This means you won’t find a more committed bunch of people to help you with your computer problems.

We like Community
When you work in an Internet company does this mean that you follow the historical local geographic community definition or is it more applicable to do something in the digital world? We think it's a bit of both.
- We're firmly rooted in our local community of Birmingham and we are proud to be located in Longbridge helping to bring a new digital era to what was one of the country's largest car manufacture hubs.
- We try to involve ourselves in digital projects like Wi-Fi in Birmingham which is an experiment to get an open source wi-fi map of the country, area by area.
Hopefully you can see that we are just a little bit different... Contact us to test us out!
